To run independently the set-up & the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage central service enablement programs to drive internal team efficiency.
  • Track and report on the progress of key KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive the centralization of functions across the internal team to optimize processes and resources.
  • Work closely with local and global service teams to harmonize workflows and ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the team.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and achieve strategic objectives
  • Proactively address any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.
  • Team coaching and development

ABOUTYOU

As an Senior Analyst or Associate Manager of CPG Service Team, you will take on a pivotal Program Manager role, responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) within the internal team. You will be instrumental in centralizing and consolidating functions to ensure alignment between local and global service teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, service enablement, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of KPI management and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Proficient written/spoken English
  • FMCG/Service/Retail/Market Research related industry experience desired is a plus.
