As a Senior Alliances Manager, you are responsible for contributing to the growth of the Backbase alliance ecosystem and business across all our regions. Your challenge is leading the development of a Partner led Pipeline, helping to convert license deals where Alliance and other Partners are involved, and supporting the knowledge of Backbase within Partners. You have experience in scaling a business through a high calibre and quality partner and alliance ecosystem.
Meet the Job
Success in this position requires you to develop a shared vision and plan with these alliance relationships, drive adoption of alliance and sales programs, attain field goals and track progress while driving accountability to achieve those goals. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions to deliver upon these objectives. Expectations include working closely and in a collaborative fashion with Regional Squads to help drive repeatable Partner and Alliance deal motions, and other functions like Solution Engineering, Marketing and Sales to create value with Partners.
You will be comfortable to carry and deliver on specific Pipeline Generation and ARR targets.
How About you
10+ years of relevant experience;
Background in consulting services and/or enterprise software;
Comfortable to work in an environment where entrepreneurship is expected, collaboration and delivered business outcomes is expected;
Local language proficiency to business level required within your region / territory.
