As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital projects. This includes managing day-to-day project operations, facilitating agile processes, and ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead and, where necessary, run key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to foster collaboration and maintain alignment.

Project Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor project milestones, velocity, and workflow bottlenecks, proactively address risks, and ensure the timely delivery of objectives.

UAT & Release Management: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management activities, including coordinating deployment schedules and ensuring readiness for launch.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the ELT and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Governance: Establish strong governance frameworks and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactively addressing challenges.

Reporting: Provide regular concise status reports to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Team Collaboration: Manage parallel priorities supporting multiple teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
About you:
You're an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise, excelling in dynamic, collaborative environments. You seamlessly blend a people-first approach with a sharp focus on meeting deadlines and driving exceptional results, all while managing multiple workstreams. With strong facilitation skills and hands-on agile experience, you ensure that teams deliver high-quality outcomes that align with organisational goals.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 4+ years of experience in digital project management within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Ability to manage and track simultaneous actions and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum processes and managing sprint ceremonies.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey updates clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to remove blockers and keep projects moving.
- A strong understanding of mobile development, UAT and release management activities.
