Senior Affiliates & Partnerships Manager

The role

As Senior Business Development Manager Nordics you will be the owner of the affiliate & partnership strategy and performance for our two brands HelloFresh and Factor in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to open doors and achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding and sustaining great partnerships.

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships, Nordics

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a team of business development and account managers with a strong managerial focus on direction, structure, feedback and coaching
  • Execute on the partnership agenda for all Nordic markets, to scale growth partnerships, co-branding opportunities, cross-promotional activities and affiliate marketing across HelloFresh and Factor
  • Define team OKRs and business plan targets together with the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships to steer and measure performance
  • Own the overall Nordics affiliate & partnerships budget
  • Deliver high-impact partnership deals all the way from proposal development, outreach and pitch to partnership structure discussions and negotiations
  • Oversee relationships with key local vendors, agencies, networks and partners (i.e Adtraction; Edenred, Sovendus)
  • Implement standardized sales pipeline processes and collaborate with out central teams to leverage tools, playbooks and resources to win and scale accounts

What you’ll bring

  • Digital Partnerships Business Development expert with 5+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
  • An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management 
  • Knowledge of the Nordic affiliate and partnership landscape
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot),sales analytics and common partnership platforms
  • A very strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable conclusions from diverse data sets and turn them into potential partnerships and likes solving difficult problems
  • Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
  • A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team and stakeholder group
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
