Reporting to the AdTech Solutions Director, you will create impact within our Advertising Technology Solutions Team, within the MarTech Capability. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- You will provide platform support for our clients who licence technologies inclusive of an ad server, demand-side platform (DSP), and paid search engines.
- You will Troubleshoot the challenges that arise within the platforms and providing solutions for clients’ within the spaces of discrepancies, spend issues, conversion tag fires, platform integrations.
- Maintain and iterate upon internal processes and ways of working.
- Establish expertise in the platforms and remaining current on evolutions within the industry.
- Provide guidance for junior team members on the AdTech Solutions team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads & SA 360.
- Proficiency in AdTech systems, in Google Marketing Platforms (Especially SA 360 )
- Familiarity with Excel (can perform complex functions) or Google Sheets to perform data analysis of sets
- You will manage client correspondence
- Experience troubleshooting AdTech platforms (SA 360) and provide solutions to clients following industry best practices
- You seek and implement solutions to automate processes and improve.
- You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

- Experience mentoring others on hard and soft skills.
- Experience working with SA360 platform. Knowing other GMP platforms (CM 360, DV360, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with SA 360 concepts like bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
- With the ability to interpret data and translate insights into applicable recommendations.
