We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor (Digital) to drive social media campaigns and creative production for Microsoft’s Global Marketing Engines & Experiences team. Responsibilities
Serve as a client contact, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.
Assist in the creation and execution of social creative plans and strategies, aligning with client objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of client’s business, key stakeholders, and industry landscape, and apply this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations.
Support senior leadership in identifying and mitigating challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.
Review and provide feedback on social media content across a range of channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and types (planned, agile, creator).
Provide proactive and reactive social media counsel to clients.
Apply knowledge related to corporate work and culture, business development, cloud platforms and generative AI to inform client strategies.
Translate complex topics geared towards business decision makers, IT pros and developers into clear, compelling narratives for social media.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partner agencies to deliver to on overlapping projects from inception to completion, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
Oversee the work of junior team members, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance.
Contribute to new business development, supporting proposal development, pitch preparation, and research efforts.
Qualifications
A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
6 years of relevant experience at an integrated marketing or social media agency, or related experience
Strong passion for and demonstrated knowledge in account management and social media-driven programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
