WCS Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing delivery of multiple water treatment and hygiene contracts, while seeking to retain and grow the value of the accounts for WCS Group over time. In this role, you will not only manage the day-to-day account management of various water treatment and hygiene accounts but also negotiate contract renewals and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent sales skills, and experience in building strong relationships with customers. Requirements
- Experience in analytical service visits for steam boilers, closed systems, cooling towers, and effluent
- Working knowledge of the HSG274 guidance
- Full UK driving license is essential
- Proven track record in account management
- Excellent sales skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver targets
- Experience in building strong relationships with customers
- Good presentation, planning, and organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience in water hygiene and water treatment
- Familiarity with CRM / digital quoting platforms
- Self-motivated and able to consistently work to a high standard
- Possess strong IT skills
