About the Role:
ttg:digital is TodayTix Group’s latest venture in disrupting the cultural experience space. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.
ttg:digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining client/agency relationships and executing proactive strategic management to drive growth. This position will manage the overall execution of client projects, ensuring that agency work remains consistent with client objectives, as well as maintaining established quality, budget and timing parameters.
Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What You'll Do:
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, with a detailed understanding of each client's proposition, business goals and challenges, their competitors, the environment in which they operate and their audiences
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with external stakeholders such as theatre producers, press teams, and other agencies to ensure excellent perception f our work within the industry
- Plan and implement ticketing strategy in association with the wider TTG and other external ticket agents
- Work with the TTG data and the insights team to provide thorough audience and market insights
- Run effective client meetings ensuring that clear goals and actions are agreed and followed up
- Provide regular reports and status updates to clients across all aspects of the campaign
- Create goal-oriented campaigns which are presented to the highest standards with measurable results
- Maintain awareness of the wider industry and potential for new business
- Attend industry events including first nights to represent the agency, and network with both existing and potential new clients
- Create and manage budgets on all accounts and ensure weekly billing takes place on your accounts
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in arts or events / entertainment marketing or media agency
- An interest in and enthusiasm for the arts and entertainment
- A detailed working knowledge of digital media platforms from Social Media through to Digital Display
- A detailed working knowledge of traditional media formats including TV and Radio
- The ability to work autonomously, delegate efficiently, and actively seeks solutions to problems
- A strong focus on client satisfaction and the confidence to make solid recommendations
- The ability to challenge both clients and senior colleagues appropriately and objectively
- Proven experience of responding quickly and directly to clients
- Able to manage multiple high-level relationships both externally and internally
