We are looking for our future Senior Account Manager to join our team based in Paris.
What will I be doing? 🤔
- You will be the primary point of contact for our key strategic accounts on our Food & Grocery sectors. Your role will involve building strong partnerships and driving their success both strategically and operationally.
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Operations, E-commerce, etc.), positioning yourself as an expert advisor capable of providing tailored solutions to their challenges.
- Drive account performance by identifying growth levers and implementing initiatives that maximize results for both parties.
- Ensure rigorous operational follow-up by collaborating with internal teams to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and aligning efforts to meet client expectations and exceed their goals.
- Capitalize on successes by documenting processes, sharing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement to ensure replicability.
What do we need from you? 😎
- 5 years of successful experience in account management, consulting, or project management within the Tech industry.
- Proven success in a B2B commercial environment with a high level of complexity.
- Solution-oriented: always seeking innovative ways to make things work rather than finding reasons for why things don't work.
- Data-driven and keen on working in a Tech environment with a strong operational focus.
- A self-starter who thrives in working autonomously, taking initiatives, and has excellent organizational skills.
- Successful experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders at the client side and/or cross-functional teams internally.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up in Tech, logistics, or delivery sectors is a strong plus.
