The core function of the Senior Account Manager (SAM) role is to provide tailored employment advertising and talent sourcing solutions and consulting services to a portfolio of corporate clients in NSW.
Key accountabilities include:
- Generate sales revenue for SEEK through a dedicated sales effort focused on increasing business with existing customers through the consultative sell of products, increase in product diversity and value-add services
- Responsible for the client’s product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution and increased product adoption and penetration.
- Maintain on-going contact with, and provide a high level of customer service to, decision makers, stakeholders and talent acquisition teams in corporate client organisations, in order to demonstrate return on investment and maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain and update Salesforce with all sales activities, contact and company details
- Achieve revenue sales, customer contact and activity targets
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of success in new business acquisition, upselling/cross selling, in a competitive and professional environment, using a solution/needs-based approach to sales
- Detailed understanding of online recruitment in Australia and international markets,
- Detailed understanding of the talent acquisition process in corporate Australia
- Previous sales experience in either media advertising or recruitment at an executive level
- Strong negotiation skills at senior levels, including, HRDs, MDs and CEOs of small, medium and large corporates
- Comfortable with sourcing and interpreting complex data and using it to shape recommendations
- High energy levels including demonstrated levels resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
