About the team

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and strategic Senior Account Manager to join the team, working on 1-2 complex and fulfilling Technology brands (B2B). The team culture is fast-paced yet fun and engaging – we value close collaboration and openness to ensure we can meet our collective goals in an enjoyable work environment.


The ideal candidate will enjoy independently leading a small team and looking for an opportunity to own their client relationships and media strategy. As a Transmission employee, we strive to ensure our workplace offers you opportunities to grow within the media team and progress in your career.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients and their marketing goals. This includes developing an excellent understanding of their team, business structure and their MarTech stack.
  • Offer strategic points of view on relevant industry topics to support client decisions.
  • Lead a small team, responsible for team standards, outputs and individual progression (with HOD support). Including advising and training junior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with direct reports, external vendors and specialist teams to develop strategic media responses to client briefs. Oversee media programs from brief to wrap up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all work.
  • Support the team lead with revenue recognition and client forecasting. Impeccable financial acumen and accuracy is essential to the role.
  • Own client work and client comms, including arranging and facilitating client calls, meetings and reviews as appropriate.
  • Set high standards across all individual and team outputs to inspire client confidence and trust.
