Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales (SG Team B)

The Role

The Inside Sales Account Manager will have the responsibilities to be a brand ambassador and actively promote JobStreet.com as the Ideal Talent Sourcing Partner to customers (both existing and new). He/She will be responsible for managing volume customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and brand loyalty.

  • Proactively engage with targeted customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries.
  • Understand the assigned market segments, to promote and provide value added services as well as solution selling to customer with the support of our in-house experts.
  • Ensure strong sales pipelines opportunities from regular follow-ups.
  • Apply the JobStreet.com sales approach following the sales cycle, processes and scripts given for an all-rounded approach to objection handling and closing.
  • Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set.
  • Be enthusiastic to changes and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills through training and team case review sessions.

So, what we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or others
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in Inside Sales in a corporate environment (B2B). Candidate with experiences in handling or managing Singapore market is highly desirable.
  • As this is a 100% inside sales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound cold calls via digital communication tools, and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, remain agile and passionate to achieve KPI consistently
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns.
  • Able to build rapport quickly & easily over the telephone with all levels in the organizations.
  • Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results.
