ROLE 

We're seeking a freelancer to join our team for 2 months, commencing beginning of May, to temporarily fill a role during a long-term absence. 

This presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, adaptable, socially adept, and inquisitive individual to contribute to one of our international client projects. As a member of our integrated international agency team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues. We're particularly interested in candidates with robust client-service expertise and a proven ability to manage and execute projects effectively. Experience in managing creative and production projects is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES  

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Account Manager, responsible for the daily management of one of our international account. In this pivotal position, you will oversee day-to-day relationships and operations with clients, cross-agency teams, and C-suite stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to foster positive working relationships across all stakeholders, driving client retention, upsell, and overall satisfaction.     

Your responsibilities will include preparing optimization and implementation plans, leading client onboarding initiatives in collaboration with the Business Director, and presenting comprehensive communications strategies and annual plans. You will be tasked with regularly evaluating content quality, overseeing content creation, editorial processes, production, and strategic resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting account activity and performance to clients and internal stakeholders.     

In this role, you will lead and oversee multiple creative and production projects, supported by a dedicated project management team. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will share responsibility for the financial management of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability targets. 

 

PROFILE 

The ideal candidate will possess experience in communications, with a preference for candidates with agency backgrounds. Proficiency in English is essential for success in this role. We are seeking a dynamic individual with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences at all levels of the business.  

Strong client service skills and financial management expertise are key requirements for this position. Excellent written and presentation abilities, coupled with strong time management and organizational skills, are essential for delivering high levels of service within specified time frames.     

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to develop robust internal and external business relationships and will have experience overseeing cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and production team members.
