Digital Minds is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will join their award-winning team and work closely with their top clients.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects in a fast paced agency environment, while liaising between clients and team members.
A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage day-to day processes of clients and assigned projects, while maintaining project timelines, deadlines and taking ownership of budget execution.
- Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions.
- Create strategy and content decks for campaigns and new business briefs, which clearly communicate ideas for clients and drive customer satisfaction in revenue-driven initiatives.
- Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects as well as processes to direct reports, to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Collaborate with production, creative and influencers’ teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Mentor and guide the Account Executive, ensuring alignment and collaboration on shared client portfolios.
- Review and provide strategic insights on reports prepared by the Account Executive, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage of campaign performance metrics before sharing with clients.
