Your Main Responsibilities
- Strategize business objectives, metrics, and brand onboarding for success.
- Evaluate operational models, address bottlenecks, and optimize solutions.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and KPIs alongside the retail team.
- Negotiate deals, commercial terms, and oversee P&L for brand sales.
- Generate reports, automate processes, and collaborate on improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, provide strategic insights, and adapt to changing strategies.
- Continuously monitor international markets, seizing opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Enhance customer, seller, and stakeholder experiences within Trendyol.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Business or related fields.
- Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in an e-commerce or a tech company.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential vendors, assess their product offerings, and evaluate their suitability for partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with potential vendors to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
- Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Turkish is a plus!
