NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with major retailers, specifically focusing on woven tops in the off-price market segment. You will develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with major off-price retailers
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demands to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with design and product teams to develop and deliver tailored product offerings
- Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retail partners
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote products and build brand awareness
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management in the fashion industry
- Experience specifically in the off-price market segment, with a focus on woven tops
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
