Senior Account Executive

Full-Time

Responsible for actively managing the relationship with new and existing Polish clients, to drive business development and growth through collaboration by leveraging Visa capabilities, resources, services and products.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Strong commercial acumen coupled with comprehensive financial and business analytical skills.
• A passion for innovation and technology, and in particular fintech and payments.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in the payments industry and in the financial services areas.
• Understanding of the value of client engagement, sales-focused and pragmatic with the aptitude to identify areas of growth and new opportunities and proactively seek and propose solutions and ways to address those.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally, in a problem-solving and solution-driven manner.
• Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
• Result oriented team player with strong client focus and communication skills.
• Capacity to become a respected and valued partner at multiple levels within the Client.
• Broad and comprehensive knowledge of Visa Europe and its products and services would be an advantage.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is critical.
