As a Senior Account Executive, you will be part of Knorex’s exciting expansion into new markets. We are looking for energetic, high output, salespeople to join a fast-paced environment, to further grow the business. The candidate must have consultative selling skills to address the digital marketing needs of customers. You will be responsible for proactively reaching leads or prospects, generating a high volume of sales activities and interest in Knorex XPO platform and services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, identify and secure new business with advertisers and agencies
- Establish sturdy relationships with the decision makers, influencers and key members of clients’ team to have an intimate understanding of their marketing objectives and pain points, and align Knorex’s solutions to deliver against those goals
- Act proactively to create opportunities to upsell new business to existing customers and ensure clients receive superior customer service
- Develop a good understanding of Knorex’s products, positioning, pricing and proposal models
- Implement Knorex sales strategy meeting the needs of the revenue and profit objectives
- Must consistently meet or exceed revenue quota assignment
- Conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
- Utilize Salesforce on daily basis to self-track and manage selling activity, contacts, deals, strategies, reporting, and communications
- Participate in industry events and conferences post pandemic
- Implement the security mechanisms in accordance with procedures/guidelines
- Enable experience sharing and information exchange related to information security incident handling
- Safeguard of confidential information within Knorex as well as information entrusted to us by external parties
Requirements
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in digital media or ad tech sales
- Solid understanding of ad networks, demand-side platform or DSP, exchanges, and the programmatic landscape
- A history of consistently meeting and exceeding periodic goals
- Strong negotiation tactics and comfortability to close business deals
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with decision makers and work across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Individually driven, highly motivated, personable, charismatic, and positive
- Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
- Exceptional analytical, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation and presentation skills
- Salesforce proficiency and comfortability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good awareness about information security and confidentiality
