ROLE 

We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Executive, hungry to work on our institutional clients. If you are looking to grow, work hard and have fun along the way, this is the next opportunity for you!  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Under the supervision of an Account Director, you lead your clients’ projects and are responsible for their daily management.
  • You coordinate various online, offline and social projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
  • You ensure that the creative team/traffic manager/production manager/media are aligned throughout a project, to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow.
  • You are the media teams’ main contact, partnering with them so they can deliver the best media strategy and sell it to clients.
  • You manage the agency’s billing system and are responsible for invoicing issuing PO’s, time tracking, etc;
  • You are responsible for overcoming any difficulties and finding solutions during the project while keeping your Account Director informed throughout.
  • You build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of our partner agencies to bring great ideas and creative work to life.

 

PROFILE 

  • 3-5 years experience in advertising/communications. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
  • A good understanding of the Belgian environment and stakeholders is nice to have.
  • Proficient in Dutch and French, both written and spoken. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills: timings, scopes, budgets...
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to understand the client’s business and the major trends shaping institutional communications.
  • Enthusiastic team-player. Curious to grow & learn. Flexible and open to work in an agile environment. Hands-on.
  • Multi-tasker. Resilient.
