Senior Account Executive
At Configura, our Account Executives have the responsibility to both manage relationships with current customers while also building connections with prospects to secure and welcome new customers to the ecosystem. Equal parts hunter and relationship manager, the Account Executive is a critical contributor in meeting Configura goals and ensuring customers understand and obtain maximum value in their partnership.
Our presence on the German market is increasing and as we see a huge growth potential in the Material Handling Industry for our solutions this role will lean towards finding and developing new customers.

We believe you are an expert collaborator with an engaging executive presence, building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure customers and prospects are successful in our Configura ecosystem. To be successful as a Senior Account Executive, you will be a master at identifying and proposing ways customers can maximize their relationship with Configura. You are comfortable presenting those solutions to a wide audience with various levels of technical expertise.
You know how to coach and guide customers through buying decisions and have a proven record on closing sales of varying scale and size. You make the complex simple, the value clear and the relationship mutually beneficial.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Secure large and enterprise-level sales with new & existing customers.
Efficiently manage a portfolio of customer accounts that vary in size and complexity.
Identify and articulate pain in the customer’s sales processes that position Configura’s range of products in a positive light for implementation .
Articulate ROI alongside the customer aligned with a strong value proposition to secure additional revenue.
Execute retention-driven behaviors that ensure longevity of existing customers.
Forecast and track customer account metrics to actively identify trends and opportunities.
Represent Configura at industry events to positively engage with the community.
Strong interest in sales of complex, customizable, technical, automated products that require technical understanding and the ability to explain and advise customers on technical issues.
Support campaign initiatives with a cross-functional team to target specific sales objectives.
Craft multi-year strategic plans alongside the customer that uniquely match their business needs.
Expand & engage with a network of decision-makers at new & existing accounts.
