About the Role

Owing to account growth, we're looking for an established Senior Account Director to join us and lead one of the dermatology brands on a large high value pharma account.

What You’ll Do 

As Senior Account Director, you will:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Lead and inspire a team of account professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for client growth.

What You’ll Need  

  • Extensive proven experience in a healthcare advertising or communications agency setting.
  • A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including regulatory guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a real difference.
