About the Role:

As a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for the North American (NAM) territory, you will lead and execute Demandbase’s ABM strategy to drive growth across key accounts. Working closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams, you will design and implement targeted, personalized marketing campaigns to engage high-value accounts and move them through the sales funnel. You will leverage your strategic thinking and data-driven approach to optimize ABM efforts, increase pipeline, and help expand our footprint within key enterprise clients.

The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is: $160,000.00 - $195,000.00  

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute personalized ABM strategies for the North American market to engage high-priority accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with account objectives and ensure integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Create and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms, and optimize efforts based on insights.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align on goals and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on ABM best practices, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and effectiveness in Demandbase’s marketing efforts.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns in partnership with sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of ABM technology platforms and tools, such as Demandbase, Terminus, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
