About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced animator specializing in chibi-style anime animations for an upcoming social party game. This role offers an opportunity to shape the visual style and character movements in a lighthearted, engaging gaming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create expressive chibi character animations including idle poses, movements, and interactions
  • Develop animation style guides aligned with the game's cheerful atmosphere
  • Provide expert consultation on animation feasibility and production timelines
  • Design fluid and appealing character movements that maintain chibi proportions

Requirements

  • Extensive portfolio showcasing chibi and anime-style animations
  • Strong understanding of chibi character proportions and movement principles
  • Proven experience in game animation, particularly for 2D games
  • Expert knowledge of animation principles and timing
