What we do
ieso delivers one-to-one, clinically led online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for people dealing with common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. BABCP accredited therapists deliver CBT to patients in real-time through written conversation online, using a secure virtual therapy room. Therapy is confidential, discreet and accessible from the patient's computer, tablet or smartphone. This allows flexibility, with appointments able to be scheduled for any time of the day, including evenings and weekends to suit each patient individually.
ieso supports the NHS by facilitating access to psychological therapies, thereby enabling services to meet access rates set in the NHS Five Year Forward View, and significantly reducing waiting times for patients in need of support and treatment.
