Managing investment funds of $400 million, Earlybird Digital East is one of the leading early-stage focused venture capital investors in Europe. We invest in ambitious technology ventures hailing from Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, and were the first investors in some of the multi-billion dollar successes emerging from the region, such as UiPath, Peak, and Trendyol.

The CEO’s Office is the backbone of our international start-ups & scale-ups, where you will have a unique opportunity to understand and participate in the business processes, solve day-to-day challenges, think strategically to see the big picture, get involved in investment, acquisition, operational, and legal processes.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, co-founders, department heads, and shareholders on impactful as well as strategic projects. You’ll take part in changing the rules of the game, and moving a tech scale-up company to the top of its league. The CEO’s Executive Office plays a hybrid role in different contexts where they constantly maintain what they have built, explore new ideas, remain relentlessly proactive, and hungry for growth.
Accordingly, we have more than one open vacancies across our portfolio companies. The roles can be based in any where in Turkey (with a preference to be in Ankara or Istanbul). And almost all the roles will have a strong international angle.
