About the opportunity:
Your journey begins in our outbound call center, where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to AmeriSave and connecting them with our team of licensed Mortgage Bankers.
This role is the foundation of your mortgage career, giving you hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales strategy. After successfully obtaining your mortgage license, you’ll transition into our comprehensive systems and sales training before joining a high-performing sales team with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
This is a remote opportunity to work from home.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8am - 5pm MST
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
- Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information and asking pre-qualifying questions
- Build rapport quickly and effectively to establish trust and uncover customer needs
- Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Mortgage Bankers
- Set appointments with consumers for the Mortgage Bankers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers
- Successful team members will work to obtain necessary licensing. After earning your license, you will take on the role of advising clients in navigating the homebuying or refinance process, providing valuable insights on optimizing their mortgage management strategies.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience
- Sales experience preferred

- Strong communication skills—must be articulate and able to engage customers over the phone
- Ability to handle objections, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $10.00-$16.50, against commission based upon individual performance. Target annual compensation for this position is $50,000 – $100,000.
