Security Technical Program Manager

Location Details: India, Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you'll get to do...

  • Provide Technical Program Management support for the Offensive Security organization
  • Assist in monitoring and prioritizing the team's tasks, testing, and progress updates
  • Own team communications tailored to our business and engineering leaders
  • Remove roadblocks and serve as a point of escalation across the team
  • Guide the team to improve processes and automate techniques where needed
  • Oversee and track security objectives, metrics, and performance indicators for the organization
  • Contribute to the development and oversight of the offensive security testing lifecycle
  • Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retesting of complex security events, policy questions, and technical security risks
  • We are seeking a proactive individual who enjoys finding solutions and possesses a solid technical foundation in security engineering
  • Apply Secure Development Lifecycle and Shift Left with a Security by Design methodology
  • Apply security engineering approaches that align with security and privacy compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions to complex technical problems

Your experience should include...

  • Proficiency in program management with a focus on technical aspects
  • 8+ years of progressive security engineering experience with expertise in multiple security domains including but not limited to Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network Security, Cloud Security, Mobile Security, and Web Security
  • Leading security teams
  • Experience in Secure Development Lifecycle and Shift Left with a Security by Design methodology
  • Experience implementing security engineering techniques that adhere to security and privacy compliance standards

You might also have...

  • Information Security related certifications 
  • Experience with Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or Incident Response 
  • Experience Managing Penetration Testing, Purple Teaming, and Red Team programs
