What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for an on-call part-time unarmed security officer to oversee the security and order of buildings, grounds, and property. You will patrol assigned areas examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are adequately secured. You will report directly to the Physical Security Manager at our Everett, WA office. 

You Will:

  • Patrol and monitor properties
  • Provide strong customer experiences through communication with guests and employees
  • Enforce site-specific directives
  • Uphold all company policies
  • Coordinate with law enforcement/emergency responders
  • Maintain high visibility and attentiveness to details
  • Be on-call for shift coverage needs such as callouts
  • Collaborate with management and peers
  • Be a team player

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of high-level security experience
  • Ability to participate in regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs and inclines
  • High school diploma or GED and a clear criminal record
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Stand or walk on different surfaces for long periods
  • Prior experience working with physical security access control systems such as Genetech, Lenel S2, Access IT!, CCTV, etc.
  • CPR, First Aid, AED certification preferred
  • Microsoft office suite and similar applications

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to maintaining internal equity, ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.

This is a non-exempt hourly role.

Hourly Pay Rate
$26.44$31.25 USD
