Tasks:
As a Security Manager for German domestic finance customers (from here on "customers") your tasks are the following:
- Awareness of the contractual obligations made for the customers
- Make yourself familiar with German directives and regulations regarding practices and regulations on data security within Germany (examples are, but not limited to: BSI, BaFin regulations, DORA, DSGVO, GDPR, NIS2)
- Tracking, support (active participation where necessary) and involvement of all currently running projects
- Track and be knowledgeable about all current issues and problems (technical and non-technical as well)
- Give advice and support in data security questions for any issues related
- Oversee and approve of any changes requested; be able to give active support where the changes can't be fulfilled
- Be in contact with stackeholders on current topics
- Support CusM representatives or Customer Delivery Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operational Planning Managers where necessary
- Be the customer security manager yourself, where for a customer none is available
- Support projects: e.g. assist the migration of an existing environment to a new one supporting customer defined enhanced security level (CIS)
Your main tasks are supporting current customer security managers, but for some customers your role would be taking over that role and act accordingly.
Requirements:
Ideally you have experience in several areas of the main tasks. You speak and write very good German and English. You have good negotiating skills and are confident in dealing with problems and escalations, also in direct customer contact.
Language skills: English and German
