Security Engineer

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our team at Lucidya. As a Security Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain the security infrastructure and processes to protect our organization's systems and data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption mechanisms.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate any breaches, and take appropriate action.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
• Prior experience in a Security Engineer role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection concepts.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
