We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols to protect our company's data and systems, with a specific focus on PCI compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies, particularly in relation to PCI DSS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure PCI compliance.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, with a focus on protecting cardholder data.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, particularly those related to PCI DSS.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on PCI compliance and security best practices.
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on PCI environments.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PCIP is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud security and services such as AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
