Security Delivery Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Delivery Specialist to lead and oversee security related projects and operations within our organization. As a Security Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, tracking and reporting on progress of the diverse work happening within the organization.
 

THE CHALLENGE: 

• Delivery Focused: responsible to support the units planning their work by focusing on deliver value. Focus on the value of the work for the organization.
• Maintain the Roadmap for a given unit within the organization and be the driving force behind it leading the teams to successful delivery of the value planed by the project.
• Resource allocation: make sure the plans are solid based on a comprehensive resource allocation process.
• Remove road blocks from the team by managing dependencies and risks associated to the work to b done.
• Support teams in adopting agile methodologies.

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Experience: Proven experience as a delivery manager, project manager, product owner or in a similar position.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technology such as Jira.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability: Committed and reliable.
• Certification on SCRUM, Kanban are an advantage
