Section Leader - Nights (P)

Section Leader | Purple Shift | Nights 4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am | £15.55 p/h

Location: Warrington

Job Description:

Due to the shift rotation You will need to be available to work across every day of the week if relevant, i.e. 4 on 4 off.  

• Maintaining regular communication with the other Section leaders on shift to ensure good line flow and that you avoid Saturation of the line.
• Ensuring your Team are working in the best possible way. Always escalating any potential problems up to Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Assisting with daily management tasks where deemed appropriate. Escalate the PPE needs of your team to your Supervisors / Team Leader.
• Conduct safety checks if required, as well as monitoring activities of workers during production.
• Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards.

The Team

Based in our Warrington facility, and reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production team.  The Production team (our Unbox tribe) are Gousto’s biggest team, tasked with ensuring every box is packed precisely and quickly for our customers. Working across pick lines, the team work to reach our OTIF (On time in Full) target on every shift.

Who are you?

The ideal person will have knowledge of warehouse fulfilment and the importance of targets in this environment. You'll be a superstar team-worker, in order to ensure our customers receive the perfect order - on time! The ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, planning and prioritising activities, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

The process will involve:

• A screening call with our Talent Team (20 Mins)
• First interview with one of our Supervisors (30 - 45 mins)
• Final face to face interview on site at Warrington. (1hr)
