Summary/Objective: The Summer help position is responsible for keeping the outside grounds in an clean and orderly fashion. They perform yard duties such as: grass cutting, weed pulling, picking up sticks and debris on the building grounds.
Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
*Must be 18 years or older to apply*
- Mow/cut grass around the lake property
- Weed eat the lake property
- Pick up sticks
- Maintain cleanliness of mower after each cut
- Pull weeds in lake area and around buildings 1/2/3/4
- Perform checklist on mower before each use in M+ system
- Keep patio areas clean of debris around buildings 1/2/3/4
- Set out patio seat cushions in the morning
- Misc. painting on handrailing and columns around the buildings
- Wash company vehicles
- Lifting/moving/organizing equipment
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Use Microsoft Office applications.

Required Experience:
- Driven self motivated individual that can perform task with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions.
- Proficient operating a zero turn lawnmower.
