Seasonal eCommerce Supply Chain Coordinator

How you will make an impact: 
  • Establish and maintain professional, productive relationships with vendors and partners to ensure transparency and excellence in supply chain management, including:
    • Inventory planning and receipt
    • Order processing and shipment coordination
    • Order troubleshooting and claims processing
  • Proactively monitor order processing and fulfillment SLA’s, identifying and resolving issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and manage data exchange with fulfillment partners, ensuring accurate tracking of shipped orders and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor sales performance against forecasts, collaborating with vendors to address additional supply needs proactively.
  • Build, analyze, and report on supply chain metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to communicate and mitigate potential inventory risks.
  • Coordinate monthly manufacturer returns and recycling shipments with the distribution center and returns processor, ensuring compliance with processes and timelines.
  • Manage the creation, review, submission, and tracking of vendor purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and execute bulk order processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and supply chain capabilities.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Exceptionally organized with advanced time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Maintains a positive, professional attitude in all interactions and work environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Bonus points:
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and beginner-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with energy industry trends, product certifications (e.g., ENERGY STAR), and the environmental impact of energy-saving technologies.
  • A strong commitment to sustainability and mission-driven work.

Salary Range: $25-35/hour
