We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Lead for our DACH region to lead our intermediate & senior Sales Development Representatives. The mission of this role is no less than to help built and run the best-in-market outbound sales team.
You will lead our existing team of SDRs in Berlin to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland enabling Agicaps growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business. The role reports to the General Manager DACH and is working together closely with our Senior Management Team.
In this role, you will manage an existing team to 8 SDRs and be a key interface to other sales, marketing & customer success functions.
What you will do:
Define & execute outbound sales strategy together with the senior leadership team
Built, train & retain a team of 6-8 SDRs and ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee and improve staff performance & efficiency together with a team of sales operations managers
Improve sales processes focused on outreach, qualification and engagement
Be a motivator, a sparing partner & coach for your own organization and others every single day
Be a face to customers, through webinars, your own calls and offline events
Challenges:

What we are looking for:
3+ years of working experience in a sales team, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
Proven sales track record
Good analytical skills
Fluent in German & English in a business setting
Expert coach, willigness to go deep and be obsessed with the success of others
Willigness to go the extra mile and put the prospect / client in the center of everything
