What you'll do:

  • Development Maestro: Lead with passion! You'll coach and mentor our SDR team, transforming them into sales dynamos. From perfecting cold-calls to crafting compelling emails and understanding customer personas, you'll prepare them to excel and generate opportunities for our Account Executives. 
  • Daily Adventure: Dive into action daily! Your live coaching sessions will set the standard, and your mastery of pipeline management will be second to none. Metrics? You'll own them like a pro. 
  • Innovation Champion: Spot opportunities with precision! You'll optimize processes to boost productivity and introduce innovative strategies.

For Individuals based in New York Brandwatch is required to disclose a salary range for this role.
The base compensation of $90,000 is specific to New York however base pay may vary depending on a range of factors. Brandwatch provides competitive commission targets of $40,000. OTE pay is uncapped.
