- Customer questions, inqueries answering.
- MS Teams Phone feature knowledge – customer support in that area.
- Koordination of the customer orders, customer support.
- Communication with the stakeholders
- FMB maintenance (answering E-mails, clarification with technical team, coordination)
- Test activities for the refence environment.
Hardware orders + Service & License orders via MyStore tool
- Order entry, Communication, Tracking (in SAP, MyStore)
- Goods receipt, Communikation with Stakeholders and controlling
- Kommunikation with the Stakeholders (because of all topics above)
- Manufacturer, GSUS, maintenance of different lists.
- Forecast
- Budget planning, Tracking, communication with controlling
Soft skill requirements:
- Language: both English and German knowledge is needed
- Good communication knowledge (in both languages)
- Good teamplayer
- Knowledge of MyPortal (Telekom specific tool) and SAP is an advantage
- Knowledge of Bugdet planning is an advantage
