The Role

With the latest advances in AI/ML, we have the opportunity to rethink the traditional search stack to deliver unique high-quality experiences to our customers that were traditionally outside the realm of possibility. This Search Product role will be focusing on Search stack for Coupang’s Taiwan market

Responsibilities will include the following:

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Taiwan search and discovery stack to deliver unique customer experiences while directing day-to-day execution towards that vision.
Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility on performance and greater optimization of the Search and Discovery product portfolio.
Oversee validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity).
Collaborate and drive alignment with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives.

Key Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

· 10+ years of experience in ML product management, including developing, delivering, and executing on a strong product vision.

· Experience working on Search and Discovery customer experiences/ML stack.

· Analytical thinker who works well in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.

· Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

· Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others, including executive level reviews.

· Ability to think strategically and at the same time stay on top of tactical execution.

Preferred

· e-Commerce experience. Background in Search ML is a definite plus

· Experience in launching and scaling consumer facing products

· Experience working with multiple teams across different geographies
