What will you do:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
You facilitate the scrum processes and coach the process of providing guidance and coaching to Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile practices
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop and prioritize product backlogs
Ensure the smooth flow of work by removing impediments and resolving conflicts
Track progress and metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure delivery of quality products on time
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving sprints, retrospectives, and other Agile best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and reports
Participate in training, and mentoring of Scrum team members to further team development and cooperation between the teams in the program
Work with management and executives to promote the benefits of Agile methodologies and culture
Who are you:
An experienced scrum master with seniority. You have knowledge of agile environments and structures and extensive experience guiding teams to be successful
You are result-oriented, you can plan and organize well, you have perseverance, dare and know how to inspire your environment
A good dose of organizational sensitivity is part of your toolkit when managing timelines, resources, and budgets
You love coaching teams towards further maturity, advising on usable structures and you are a valuable advisor to program management
You have demonstrable and specific experience with IT projects in complex detailed environments
As a team leader, you are able to motivate the team and inspire them to achieve their goals
Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, management, customers, business partners, and other teams in the organization
You can adapt and incorporate changes quickly and be proactive in identifying potential risks or issues
You have a good understanding of technologies and tools used in projects
You have critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems that arise in the project
You are empathetic towards team members and be able to create a positive work environment
Always willing to learn, staying up to date with new ideas, and training team members on new methodologies or tools
