Job Overview: 

ParshipMeet Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time, and producing high quality output. The Scrum Master/Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that project timelines goals are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, people, and outputs.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to perform at their best.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status updates, and team blockers.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that any deviations are documented and approved.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Software Development teams.
  • Scrum Master certification is a requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
