You will be part of the global strategic program for one of our banking client, with more focus on the BackOffice Workflows stream that aims to redesign and implement a new orchestrated solution for the global back-office workflow, but also on the Integrity Check product team.
As Scrum Master you will be working and collaborating with different teams: developers, support and maintenance team, business users, production teams, etc.
As SCRUM Master you should:
• Ensure the team follow the scrum methodology and coordinate agile activities with waterfall methodology if it is need.
• As supportive leader you will have a people function, giving your support to reach high performance teams
• You will have knowledge about the delivery of services and technical components required for the different projects with a view of our own development and its integration with other teams and systems
• Document your solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM, etc
• Certificate and ensure the quality of our delivery team
• Manage your squad and the coordination with other squad to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate the Technical Teams efforts in order to ensure that the overall technical strategy is applied across the different parts of the product in alignment with our client's business
• You will have a close relationship with stream leader, product owners and stakeholders
• Clearly understand client’s business needs and measure the delivered value
• At least 2 years of experience on Scrum Master position preferable in banking industry
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology as well Waterfall
• Experience in management of diverse and multi-entity IT teams
• Elementary knowledge in financial products in the wholesale banking environment
• High degree or equivalent, preferable on Finances, Economics or Engineering
• Availability for travelling occasionally
• High level of English
• Knowledge of Spanish (desirable)
• Excellent attitude and ability to adapt to different environments and work teams in a management role
• Motivation, responsibility and outstanding involvement in critical and committed situations
• Notable interest in assume new challenges with flexibility and adaptability
• Used to work in teams with very dynamic environments and a high component of uncertainty
• Interest in learning new technologies and contribution to Digital Transformation
