The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile practices, removing team blockers, and managing interdependencies and risks across multiple Scrum teams. You will work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery of high-quality software.

Your Team

You will be directly reporting to the product development head and will work closely with clients, product owners and development teams. You will be handling 4-6 resources in a team.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Remove team impediments and optimize collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Engage daily with Product Owners and developers to align on sprint goals and priorities.
• Coach and assist Product Owners in prioritizing epics and features.
• Configure and manage Jira and Confluence to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Track and analyze sprint velocity to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of agility, scalability, and security within the development process.

About You

• Experience working with multiple scrum teams
• Knowledgeable in SAFE agile is a plus
• Knowledgeable with Atlassian suite of tools
• Experience working as a software developer is a plus
• Experience in agile practices for Product Management
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Solid understanding and experience in agile methodologies and practices including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in mentoring and coaching a large team in agile delivery and tools
• Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to connect with the team, managed risks, and problem to remove blockers, and protect the team from external distractions
