Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a position in Stuttgart, Germany.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Eligible for SOFA accreditation.
- 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
- 5+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
- Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience; or a major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
Desired
- Experience at a Combatant Command.
- Knowledge of the project management framework.
- Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skill, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Scrum Master Certification.
