Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry with over 3 years of experience as a scrum master preferably managing data projects
Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Promote continuous improvement practices within the team while identifying and implementing process improvements.
Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure blocked or pending stories are met on time.
Extensive hands on working experience with JIRA board.
Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies for project success
Maintain project and progress reports like burndown chart, velocity report
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Desired Knowledge & Skills
Documentation experience using Confluence is preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Equivalent
Finance experience - especially lending experience is a plus.
