We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team working on an exciting project related to electric vehicle (EV) chargers for a major client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding our team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for the rapidly growing EV market.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
  • Experience in team/project management.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of AGILE principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
