Uncover technical impediments, facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact.
Support the team by developing and owning processes such as the bug process and drive together with the engineering lead and Q&A the reflection on what to improve.
Organise, run and facilitate sprint plannings, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and report on quantifiable progress and productivity.
Collaborate on backlog refinement with product and customer interfaces with UX as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
