Scientific Documentation Specialist

As a Scientific Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling several requests and providing functional project support amongst the ADDI (Analytical Development Data Integration) team. The main function of this position is to handle administrative and scientific tasks which includes data entry, data reviewing and more.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Editing, uploading, and tracking documents in the system. 
  • Consolidating and organizing documents. 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues. 
  • Coordinating and following up on data project actions. 
  • Reporting updates and progress to the teams. 
  • Ensuring compliance with data sharing protocols and content requirements. 
  • Supporting functional tasks such as data entry and data reviewing.

 

  • A bachelor/ master’s degree in a scientific related field or equivalent through experience.  
  • A first experience and exposure to pharmaceutical lab activities is nice to have.  
  • Previous experience in a cGMP environment is an asset.  
  • Knowledge of tools and lab infrastructure is an asset (Empower, Sharepoint, ELN, TruVault…)  
  • Ability to create clear summaries and presentations.  
  • Ability to read and link information to each other.  
  • Ability to learn from previous projects and use knowledge in new projects.  
  • Outstanding written and communication skills in English since this is the working language.  
  • An enthusiastic and creative person with the ability to be a great team player.  
  • A proactive approach, adaptive and a sense of urgency attitude combined with a patient approach while testing an app in development.  
  • Fast-learning and accurate.  
  • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  
  • A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job. 
  • A Permanent contract with flexible working hours. (Can start between 7am and 9:30am) 
  • Home – Office: 80% - 20% 
  • Place of work: Beerse, Belgium. Bus number 415/416/417 Stops right in front of the facility.
