School Administrator

We are looking for a School Administrator to start asap and to manage all administrative tasks in our school. As a School Administrator, you’ll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, and the organiser being a few of them. You should have the skills to communicate with various people, organise and manage daily tasks, and keep all educational programs running. If you’re up to the task, and you’re also committed ensuring pupils receive high-quality education, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
  • Helping to ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
  • Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a School Administrator
  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
  • Ability to use computers, particularly MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational ability
