To provide a first class customer service to our external and internal customers, Plan in the work for our field-based colleagues whilst liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
Duties-
- Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
- Provide all required information for each job
- Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising PO’s
- Understand planning KPI’s and the revenue tracker
- Ensure all information is recorded
Order parts to be used for each job
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Logistics / Planning roles is essential
- Water Treatment (advantageous)
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made
